Who may apply for a library card?

To obtain a library card, apply in person at the Chisholm Public Library. You must show a photo ID and proof of current address. Library cards expire after three years and can be renewed at no charge at the library. 

Arrowhead Library System residents:

A library card is free to any resident who lives in the Arrowhead Library System who presents acceptable identification. The Arrowhead Library System is comprised of the following counties: Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, Lake of the Woods, and St Louis.

Minnesota Residents:

Minnesota residents from outside the Arrowhead Library System may check out materials from the Chisholm Public Library. You must present your current library card from your home library, along with acceptable identification.
